Increase awareness, get internal buy-in and support the adoption of the ServiceNow release in offices and factories around the world. We’re not here to sell something, we’re communicating an important and valuable change.
We generated buy-in at all OpCos by focusing on the benefits and the ‘what’s in it for me/you/us’. We created a special 'Heineken Neon' style to highlight the benefits and inform and engage the different audiences before, during and after the launch - from IT managers to end users.
We created various on- and offline assets, from email templates and print materials, to user guides and video tutorials. All materials were localised for 48 countries, including Vietnam, Slovenia, France, Germany and Greece.
