Relay42's Intelligent Journey Orchestration is the only platform built for AI-driven customer journeys with real-time connectivity to all systems and touch points. Their recent progression from start-up to scale-up asked for a brand new identity.
We defined a brand manifest and a clear visual style. This was brought to life through a visual style guide as a dedicated dynamic online platform, containing messaging, tone-of-voice, typography, iconography and photography principles.
We set up templates and examples for online and offline communication assets, including illustration packs, (online) banners and social media ads, whitepapers, event design, and business cards.
